What Will You Dedicate Yourself to This Chanukah?

Did you know that Chanukah, the Festival of Lights, means “dedication?” Traditionally, this refers to the eight-day celebration during which Jews commemorate the victory of the Macabees over the armies of Syria in 165 B.C.E. and the subsequent liberation and “re-dedication” of the Temple in Jerusalem.

The temple in Jerusalem no longer stands but our beautiful planet does and needs your help.

Our planet needs all of us to rededicate ourselves to it, our collective home.  One of the most powerful ways to show your commitment to the earth and it’s future is by planting trees. This Chanukah, demonstrate your dedication to future generations by gifting your loved ones with a tree planted in their honour at Bela Farm.
