Outdoor Educator Training

Bring Jewish outdoor education to your institution through Shoresh’s Jewish Outdoor Educator Training!

Do you want to deepen and broaden your knowledge and skills as an outdoor or Jewish educator? Join Shoresh’s founder and Executive Director, Risa Alyson Cooper, for 1 or 2 days of inspiring, fun, hands-on training in Shoresh’s pedagogy and our unique approach to connecting Jewish education to ecology, agriculture, and outdoor education.  Attendees will be trained in Shoresh’s award-winning activities and curriculum, as well as ways to modify activities for various program demographics and settings.  

Date(s): Sunday April 26th and Monday April 27th, 2020
Time: 9:00 Am-4:00 PM
Location: Earl Bales Park (Sunday) and Cedarvale Ravine (Monday)
Cost: $100/participant for Level 1 (only Sunday, April 26) or $180/participant for Level 2 (Sunday, April 26 AND Monday, April 27)
