Volunteers are at the core of everything we do. From nature-based Jewish education to harvesting honey and helping the bees, our volunteers are essential to the Shoresh team. Roll up your sleeves and join us to support our efforts to repair the world while building community and learning new skills!
There are several ways you can get involved as a volunteer at Shoresh:
- At our Child and Family programs! You will need a Vulnerable Sector Screening Check to work with our youth. Email Shalva at shalva@shoresh.ca to get involved or for more information.
- At Bela Farm! Volunteer Stewardship at the farm happens on some Thursdays in the summer. Help us tend to our trees, bees, and pollinator plants. Email Tamar at tamar@shoresh.ca to get involved or for more information.
- At the Shoresh Shuk, our bee-centred sustainable market. Help us spread sustainable products to all members of our community. Email Vlada at vlada@shoresh.ca to get involved or for more information.
